• In the original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personal care items (e.g, perfumes, skincare, hygiene products) once opened.

• For defective or incorrect items, Merch-Vibe will arrange collection with our courier service.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
